We provide our students with a variety of opportunities to excel not only inside but also outside the classroom.
Our department strives to be a student-focused environment with faculty who are known for excellence in teaching and advising. Students are regularly engaged in internship experiences, work alongside faculty members to conduct psychological research, attend and present research at local conferences, and participate in activities of the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology or the Chi Sigma Iota National Honor Society in Counseling.
Our department has undergraduate programs in Psychology (in both traditional and online formats) and Family Science as well as a graduate program offering a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, M.S. in Psychology, and a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy.
