Eden Melles

Meet Eden Melles. Eden is a junior who was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, but her family hails from Eritrea, East Africa.

Eden is majoring in Political Science and pursuing a minor in History. After graduation, she intends on going to Graduate school in hopes to work for a think tank, producing research in order to educate the public and/or to support the legislation.

Eden says her favorite thing about Lipscomb are the friends and community she has been able to make. She states, "My time at Lipscomb hasn't been an easy ride, but the close relationships I've been able to foster with my professors and friends make it worthwhile."

Something to Share: This summer Eden had the opportunity to do research in South Africa! Cool right? She says that her time there helped her solidify her future plans...and who doesn't love playing with baby lions.
