ICM professional Skills Workshop

Lipscomb University's Institute for Conflict Management works in partnership with Pepperdine School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution to provide a top notch, facilitative, skills based conflict management program. At this program you will learn how to deal with and manage crisis, change and conflict in your organization.

Our Professional Skills Program consists of two and a half days of interactive learning, small classes and quality networking opportunities. This comprehensive program provides a forum for direct, informal contact with the entire program faculty. For our 5th Annual Professional Skills Program you will join participants from all courses, eat meals together, network in between sessions, and have opportunities to share learning experiences with participants involved in other courses involving conflict management, negotiation, mediation and a few more!

Lipscomb University’s President, L. Randolph Lowry is a founder of the most successful dispute resolution programs in the nation and is recognized as one of the leading experts in the field. He created and established the Institute for Conflict Management here at Lipscomb and is currently an active faculty member in Negotiation in our College of Leadership and Public Service.
