Meet Shawna, a Freshman Information Technology major from Deltona, FL. Upon graduation, she plans staying in Nashville and working at Amazon.

Advice to Lipscomb students: The earlier in life you learn to put yourself out there and meet more people, the greater amount of opportunities you will be able to open yourself up to!

What are you involved in at Lipscomb?

I am involved in Lipscomb Admissions as a tour guide and the OID Black History Month committee!

Fun Fact: My favorite scripture that has definitely shaped my life is Ephesians 3:20-21: “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

Why did you choose Lipscomb?:

I chose Lipscomb because of its Christian values, intentional and close community, and location!
