Why join a social club at Lipscomb?
Tradition
The social club community puts on and participates in many traditions; such as, Cowboy Show, Bid Night, Full Moon Fest, Singarama, and many other events are put on campus.
Leadership Development
Planning events, managing a budget, recording social club history, setting the agenda for meetings, designing apparel, and directing the athletic teams are a few of the examples of the operational aspects of Lipscomb University’s social clubs.
Philanthropy
Many of the club’s traditions are rooted in philanthropic work. Each year each social club partners with an organization for service learning opportunities. These range from having fundraisers to volunteering at the organization.
Christian Fellowship
Despite the individuality of each Greek organization, the common thread that runs throughout the system is the Christian foundation each club was founded on. Going Greek at Lipscomb provides an avenue to forming lifelong Christian friendships.
