Campus Recreation & Wellness

You’re ready to seize the day, get active, be positive, have fun and hang out with friends who share your passion for living well.

Whether you love playing sports, dancing with friends, going on hikes, or simply want to work out in a gym, we are your one-stop shop! We in Campus Recreation and Wellness run the Student Activities Center, as well as Lipscomb Intramurals and Group Fitness Classes, and can provide you with resources for any outdoor adventure on which you and your friends may want to embark.

"The SAC" is more than 20,000 square feet of sports and exercise facilities open to students, faculty, staff and the community. The SAC features weight rooms, basketball and racquetball courts, a spinning studio, a performance studio, an indoor track and locker rooms.

Group Fitness- yoga

Group Fitness

Each week, we offer group fitness classes to students, free of charge, so that they can explore all the ways their bodies can move. Our class list includes yoga, SPIN, hip-hop fitness, HIGH fitness and so much more!



Even if you've never played sports before, you'll find that the exercise, relaxation and friendly competition along with the life-building skills and friends you gain will make you glad you got involved. Learn more about our many intramural opportunities!
