From Awareness to Prevention: The Effects of Vaping and Marijuana on the Adolescent Brain

This workshop, held by the Department of Psychology, Counseling and Family Science, is for counseling professionals to learn more about the addiction world.

Speakers will include Blair Falconello, Tim Hilton, Caleb Vogtner and a panel discussion with representatives from MNPS, TAADAS, MNPD and Lipscomb University. Topics addressed include "Understanding the Addicted Brain," "Support within the Family Unit," "Prevention in the Community" and additional drug education on vaping and marijuana. 

Cost is $40 for professional and $15 for counseling students.
