Autumn Marshall is a registered dietitian who completed her Master of Science in Nutrition and her Dietetic Internship at Texas A & M University, and her Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition at Auburn University. She currently serves as professor and academic chair of the nutrition department at Lipscomb. She has experience in public health, clinical nutrition, and community nutrition education. At Lipscomb she has worked to create the Dietetic Internship Program, the undergraduate Lipscomb Seminar program, the integrated science course sequence, and the Master of Science in Exercise and Human Performance. She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association and serves as an elected delegate for the Tennessee Dietetic Association.
