Biography

Thomas Campbell is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy in Nashville. Campbell received his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and received board certification in pharmacotherapy in 1995. Campbell’s prior work experience includes a pharmacy practice residency with emphasis on geriatric medicine with VA Medical Center in Memphis, Clinical Pharmacy and Research Coordinator at Columbus Regional Health System in Columbus, Georgia, and Senior Director for Cardiovascular Medical Affair at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Campbell also served as Clinical Assistant Professor at Auburn University. Campbell has served as President of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association and served on the Board of Directors. He is a member of AACP, APhA, and ACCP. Campbell is a Sunday school teacher at Spring Meadows Church of Christ in Spring Hill, TN. He travels regularly to Central America as part of medical mission campaigns. Campbell and his wife, Susan, have three sons.
