Biography

Phillip Brackett graduated from Lipscomb University with a Mass Communications degree in Journalism and later earned his Master's in IT Management and Health Care Informatics. Prior to working in higher education, Phillip worked as a System's Administrator for a global POD (print on demand) company. Before joining Lipscomb's IT Support team in October 2011, Phillip worked at both Peabody and Vanderbilt Hospital as a computer and media specialist. His primary technical focus in the IT Department is with Apple/Mac products and media technologies including audio, video, photography, print, and the computers supporting them. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Graphic Design.
