Once you submit your request, our team will follow up within 48 hours. Some requests are resolved quickly, while others may require additional collaboration. In those cases, we'll reach out to schedule a time to discuss. Tickets are addressed in the order they are received.

University Marketing cannot change the following information on directory pages:
1. Name and Contact Information. To update your name, email, or phone number, log in to MyLipscomb and use the UltiPro/UKG Pro App.
2. Title or Department Change. Title and department changes must be requested through your immediate supervisor and/or the Provost's Office.

Please share any files as a Google Drive link in the field provided on the form. Be sure the sharing settings allow anyone with the link to view the file.
