Biography

Matt Paden is executive vice president at Lipscomb University. An expert in leadership development, Paden is a speaker, consultant and professor of undergraduate and graduate courses on the topics of organizational leadership, change, culture and development. Prior to arriving at Lipscomb in August of 2013, Paden held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of enrollment management, athletics, student life and university advancement at Lubbock Christian University (LCU) in Lubbock, Texas. Paden holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership from the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from LCU.
