Biography

Jason H. Huddleston is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Physician Assistant Studies program. Dr. Huddleston holds a Doctor of Medical Science degree from the University of Lynchburg and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. He comes to Lipscomb University with over 20 years of experience as a Physician Assistant. Moreover, Huddleston has previously held founding faculty roles in PA education programs as both the Director of Clinical Education and the Director of Didactic Education. While his passion for the medical and surgical care of injury and illness has not waned, he has shifted his career focus toward training the next generation of Physician Assistants, fulfilling his personal ambition to transform tomorrow’s healthcare through today’s students.
