Biography

As a generalist in human resources, Christy has nearly 30 years of experience in the area of human resources and payroll. She is an expert in employee relations, employee benefits, talent acquisition, employment law and various other areas of human resources and payroll. Christy joined the Lipscomb team in July 2016 as the VP of HR. Prior to joining the Lipscomb team, she served as the VP of HR for a behavioral healthcare company, for 22 years.
