Dianne Frank is an Illinois native who earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Eastern Illinois University. She went on to complete her Master of Fine Arts in Art from New Mexico State University. Frank continues to pursue creating art out of her home studio. Formerly, as a Development Officer, she secured support for educational programming through community and fundraising events from existing and new contributing members. Collectively, she brings 12 years of higher education experience, serving the needs of university students. Prior to moving to Tennessee, Frank, mother of two servicemen, was a member of her local chapter of Blue Star Mothers. In her elected position, she collaborated with fellow military mothers to minister to active duty servicewomen and men through various service projects.

As the Program Coordinator for the Office of Veteran Services, Frank is responsible for building community partnerships resulting in career development events, increased internships, and career opportunities for veterans and their dependents transitioning in and out of Lipscomb University student life.
