Lipscomb in Vienna
Whether you are a history buff, a music aficionado, an art lover, an outdoors' enthusiast or a culinary delights connoisseur, Vienna has something for you.
The city boasts an astonishing quantity of monuments, palaces, parks, and museums, which house an impressive array of art and artifacts from all over the world.
Vienna's well-established status as an international metropolis with a global reputation is well-deserved. Even with a permanent seat on the United Nations, Vienna is a compact city and most of the sights are contained within a small central area. Students will live on a quaint street between the city's spacious squares and Baroque mansions. Within one short week, students will become pros at navigating the city's concise maze of subway and streetcar networks to get where they want to go in their new home.
The program fee includes airfare, a week-long group trip to Italy, and other group field trips throughout the semester.
Lipscomb in Vienna runs both in the fall and spring semesters. Each group consists of approximately 20-30 students along with Lipscomb faculty and staff members. Students may take 12-18 credit hours from the courses listed below.
