Parents and Family
At Lipscomb University, we believe that you as parents/guardians play a fundamental role in the success of Lipscomb students. Therefore, it is our goal to work with you to help you understand the student experience, support student learning, and empower your student to take personal responsibility for social, academic, and spiritual choices. As your student is entering the role of emerging adulthood and experiencing this period of tremendous growth, you as parents may find yourself in a new role as well.
These resources will prepare and assist parents and families to give the best possible support throughout this new transition and your student’s college success. Welcome to the Lipscomb Family!
We value your feedback and hope you will engage with our office to support the development of your student. If you would like to get involved in our Parent Programming, participate in Family Weekend, or join the Parent Leadership Council, we encourage your involvement.
If you need additional assistance, or would like to provide feedback about our website or programming, please email parents@lipscomb.edu. This shared email is monitored daily by several members of the student development team and we strive for same day responses to all inquiries.
