Employee Impact Campaign FAQs
If you have a question that is not addressed in the FAQ, please contact Michelle Rosela, director of annual giving, by mlrosela [at] lipscomb.edu (email).
A gift of $10 or more to any designation will count towards our participation goal.
The 2026 Employee Impact Campaign runs Sept. 7 through Oct. 16.
Together, employee gifts support scholarships, programs, facilities and other areas across campus. Your participation also sends a powerful message: those closest to Lipscomb believe in the mission we serve every day. Because of you, students are known, supported and encouraged as they discover and live into their God-given calling.
By saying “Count Me In!” you help equip students to carry the love of God into their communities and chosen fields.
Sweet Treats Day is Sept. 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. near the Allen Bell Tower. Sweet Treats is an on-campus event where all employees who have participated in the Employee Impact Campaign are invited to enjoy a free treat from Bradley's Creamery.
If the Lipscomb University campus community achieves either of the following participation rate, extra time off during the 2027 Spring Break will be granted to all full-time faculty and staff as well as permanent part-time staff who are regularly scheduled to work on the dates closed.
- 90% participation rate = Friday off at Spring Break (That's a three-day weekend!)
- 95% participation rate = Thursday and Friday off at Spring Break (That's a four-day weekend!)
Note: The Spring Break incentive is based on campuswide employee participation. Each gift of $10 or more to any designation counts toward the collective goal.
Thank you for helping start the 2026 Employee Impact Campaign strong! If you have already made a gift to Lipscomb since June 1, 2026, your participation has already been counted. Thank you for investing in Lipscomb students and helping strengthen our shared mission.
Everyone whose participation has already been counted will receive a confirmation email at the beginning of the campaign. If you believe you have given since June 1 and did not receive this email, please contact Michelle Rosela, director of annual giving, by mlrosela [at] lipscomb.edu (email).
