Recent Graduates
Congratulations on all you have accomplished! If you finished an undergraduate degree, you may continue using the Health Center until May 24 with your allotted 3 visits per semester carried over from Spring. Those who finished a master’s or doctoral degree may also use our clinic services until May 24 for the $20 visit fee. After May 24, the clinic can no longer see those who have graduated. We will be happy to provide you with names of local clinics that will be able to serve you.
If you need a copy of your vaccine or health records, please submit this form to us and we will be able to fax or mail them to you or the destination you provide. We wish you full, healthy lives as you go into the world as a Bison!
