Biography
Mark teaches Luke-Acts, Synoptic Gospels, New Testament Theology, Corinthians, New Testament Exegesis, and Biblical Ethics. He has preached at the Moreland Ave Church of Christ in Atlanta, the Okolona church in Louisville, and the Donelson church in Nashville. He also served as college minister at the Woodmont Hills church in Nashville.
His specialty is New Testament, and he therefore teaches various NT graduate courses and undergraduate general education courses. He also teaches Christian Ethics for undergraduates. He received his B.A. in Bible from Freed-Hardeman University, his M.A. and M.Th. from Harding University Graduate School of Religion, his Th.M. degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, and his Ph.D. from Emory University. He has ministered in Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Mark has a wife, Margo, three grown daughters, and a bunch of grandchildren.
