Lipscomb University's PACE Program (Personalized, Accessible, Coached, Experiential)

Our bachelor's in organizational leadership is designed for those wanting to polish their leadership skills to prepare them for advancement opportunities in just about any career field.

It's an alternative to the traditional degree route, though. It will offer you the opportunity to earn college credits for skills you've already acquired, while fitting into your current work schedule and your personal life.

  • Participate in a one-day assessment and earn up to 30 credits toward a 126 credit bachelor's degree. We offer a variety of unique ways to use your experience towards earning college credit. Many students earn up to 30 credits through our one-day behavioral assessment center.

  • Sign up for four-month subscription terms and take up to 12 credit hours for one flat fee. Students will sign up for four-month academic terms that start six times per year. Within each term students can take up to 12 credit hours for a flat fee of $4,800. Credit hours enrolled in above 12 credit hours will be billed at the regular tuition rate of $525 per credit hour.

  • Complete all courses online, with a weekly call or meeting with your personal faculty member. We offer one-on-one attention throughout your program to ensure graduation. Students in our competency-based degree programs work one-on-one with faculty coaches to develop the in-demand skills employers are looking for.

  • Graduate with the skills employers are looking for.
