The Student Government Association (SGA) helps sustain the spirit and morale of students, serves as an advocate for the concerns of students and enhances the overall student experience.
Membership in SGA is open to dedicated and responsible students who have a desire for involvement and a passion for representing their peers. SGA includes 4 Executive Officers and 28 Senators. Each class is represented by 7 elected officials: the Class President, Vice President, Coordinator and 4 At-Large Senators. These students are elected during the spring of each academic year. The freshman class is represented by 7 members of the Freshman Leadership Council (FLC) who are elected during the fall semester.
