Get an in-depth look at Lipscomb University during a weeklong virtual visit experience leading up to an in-person Lipscomb Friday!

Have burning questions about Lipscomb’s application, academic programs or student life? We’ve designed the week so that you can attend any combination of sessions. You’ll have opportunities to learn more about:

  • The Lipscomb admissions process, including timelines, tips and test score submissions
  • Financial aid in an in-depth info session about the FAFSA, other aid applications and navigating Bison Portal
  • Housing, campus organizations and spiritual life with a live student panel
  • Choosing a major and other academic opportunities including an overview of our nine academic colleges and the honors program
  • Post-grad preparation that will help you understand how to land internships and see how our alums are changing the world
  • Your major by connecting virtually with a professor from your department of choice
  • Lipscomb’s campus during an in-person tour on Friday, November 13!

Your Safety is Our #1 Priority

We’ve carefully opened up our campus and are excited to welcome you in person! Our staff is working hard to make sure your time on campus is as safe as possible, which is why we’re asking a few things of all our visitors. Our protocols include:

  • Wearing masks at all times
  • Completing a health self-check form upon arrival to campus
  • Limiting group sizes to allow for social distancing
  • Maintaining 6+ feet of social distance among parties
  • Accessing sanitization stations throughout campus

Introduction to Lipscomb Admissions: If you’re still working on your application (or haven’t started it yet!), get some guidance about timelines, best practices and our new test-optional model.

Honors College Information Session: Get an idea of what it takes to be in the Honors College at Lipscomb. The session starts at 1:30 p.m.

Next Steps and Financial Aid: Submitted your app and not sure what’s next? Join us for a run-down of admission notifications, timelines, Bison Portal and applying for financial aid. The session starts at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 11

Transfer Information Session: Hear about admission, credit transfer and scholarships from one of our dedicated transfer admission counselors. The session starts at 3 p.m.

Life at Lipscomb: Learn what it’s like to be a Bison from current students. From spiritual formation to living in the dorms to Greek life and campus involvement, we’ll cover it all. The session starts at 6:30 p.m.

Academics and Life After Lipscomb: Discussion in this session focuses on our nine academic colleges and what you’ll be able to do with a Lipscomb degree, including the types of internships and job offers that other Bisons have experienced.

Lipscomb Friday: (In-Person Open House) Hear from current students, take a tour, talk with admissions staff, check out the residence halls, and much more!

Virtual Only Department Meetings: If you cannot make it in person, you have the opportunity to connect with a faculty member from your department of interest online at 2 p.m.
