This year’s Tennessee Local Food Summit was held on December 1-3 at Montgomery Bell Academy! Each day offered multiple sessions which were sectioned into: kitchen dishes, community involvement, farming, gardening, as well as health & wellness. Local businesses brought the best they had to offer with samples to share for new comers! The highlights included: expert speakers, chef demonstrations, hand-crafted items, and the vendor fair & trade show. Being sustainable is easier when we all work together. A huge thank you to all that were involved in making this year’s conference memorable!
