Effective management requires strong leadership—and the keys to strong leadership stretch beyond just business sense. The best leaders value people first, but leading teams and organizations to reach goals and achieve success requires more than an orientation toward people. You must inspire, motivate and persuade others to acquire the strategic vision of the organization and work together in pursuit of that mission.
Though some leadership skills are innate, others are learned. That’s why Lipscomb University offers a Strategic Leadership program for aspiring leaders who want to meet business objectives through sound management and decision making. At Lipscomb, you’ll grow your gift for shepherding others and develop mastery of other competencies crucial to successful leaders, including communication, drive and energy, influence, organization and planning, problem solving and decision making, and relationship building. Learn to direct people, organizations and industries toward better outcomes and brighter futures. A people-first approach to leadership will set you apart from your colleagues and create an organizational culture that fosters success. With the confidence to handle any business challenge that comes your way and lead others around you to achieve their goals, you’ll maximize your potential and position yourself to thrive in management.

Instead of a traditional 16-week semester, you can earn the same college credit in half the time—and at half the price of our traditional day program—through classes built for eight-week terms. SetPACE tuition is $525 per credit hour.
Personalize your pace of learning by making a one-time payment to complete courses in a four-month subscription period. Take one class a month, or ramp it up as you go—it’s up to you. FlexPACE tuition is $4,800 for a four-month subscription of courses.
In addition, you can earn up to 30 credit hours in one day through a behavioral assessment in our CORE Competency Assessment Center.
Lipscomb Online offers the same high-quality degree as our traditional on-campus programs with the flexibility to fit your life at a cost that’s half the price. Earn a Lipscomb education in a way that fits your budget through financial aid opportunities like scholarships, grants, loans and part-time employment.
Our courses are offered in two different formats. Choose from either a traditional eight-week class schedule or a four-month subscription program that allows you to take as many courses as you can handle. Pursue your goals with an education that fits your life.
Enjoy all of the resources available to our traditional undergraduate students—completely online. Our expert faculty are fully accessible to you to provide one-on-one coaching, and with our online library database, you can work on the go.
We offer several ways for you to receive college credit for both academic knowledge and life experiences. Earn credit by taking an exam, submitting a portfolio, accounting for military or professional training, and participating in our day-long behavioral assessment program.
