Synergy: An inspiring day for those who work with veterans

Synergy: An inspiring day for those who work with veterans is in the past.

Working together to serve those who serve us!

When:  Tuesday, March 5, 2013, Noon (lunch provided) until 4:00 p.m.
Where:  Ezell Center, Lipscomb University

Join with governmental agencies (federal and state), nonprofit veteran service organizations, businesses with specific veterans programs and others who, like you, are committed to making a difference in the lives of those who have served in the U.S. military.  At least twenty different organizations are anticipated to participate.

At Synergy! opportunities will be provided for you and each organization to:

  • Celebrate with each other as you share what is already being done to assist service members, veterans and their families.
  • Collaborate as you explore best practices and opportunities to create synergy and maximize results for those we serve.

The Goal for Synergy!: To develop an Action Plan that will ensure better cooperation and coordination of services going forward – thus improving our communities by more effectively helping our service members, veterans and their families.

Special Note:  On this same day, Tuesday evening, March 5, Charlie Daniels will host the 4th Annual "Charlie Daniels Scholarship for Heroes Concert" in Allen Arena.  As a participant in Synergy! you will receive:

  • Premium Reserved Seat Tickets (2) to this concert for each person attending Synergy!
  • Permission for your organization to set up a display at the concert that advertises the services you provide for veterans.
