The pinning of the school's charter members and event signified the charter members’ official induction into the Collegiate 100 program.

Reggie Blair, senior director of admissions, currently serves as the chapter advisor of Lipscomb’s Collegiate 100 and is assisted by Lipscomb staff members Josh Shaw, marketing videography manager; Dennis Steverson, director of environmental health and safety; and James Bush, associate director of adult degree recruiting, with the chapter’s guidance and programming efforts.

The ceremony featured William H. Robinson III, vice chair and treasurer of 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee, served as the master of ceremonies and Ashford Hughes, senior advisor to workforce, diversity and inclusion through the Tennessee Office of Economic and Community Development, was the ceremony keynote speaker. David Solomon, chair of the Lipscomb University Board of Trustees, also participated in the ceremony.
