Crisis Management

Occasionally churches and faith-based institutions find themselves in the midst of a crisis that demands immediate attention from outside resources. Changes in leadership, building programs, worship innovations and capital campaigns can expose fault lines not apparent under normal circumstances. Often these problems have been ignored until these issues are out of control and have escalated into a major conflict. Institutions facing these circumstances need immediate attention and guidance from highly trained individuals accustomed to the unique nature of faith-based conflict.

Congregations facing immediate crisis or continuing conflict may request intervention from ICM staff and teams of professors.  Interventions are tailored to meet the needs of the congregation focusing on the skills needed to navigate the crisis.     For a confidential conversation about a congregational/faith group need, submit your request for a call below.
