Erin C. Keckley is the Director of Health Services and a Family Nurse Practioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University with a specialty focus of family nurse practioner in 2011. Keckley a graduate of Lipscomb Academy (1998) and of Belmont University (2002) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently, Keckley is attending the University of Alabama pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Keckley has worked as an RN in surgery, pediatrics, adult health, research, and missions serving in Honduras from 2003-2007. As a nurse practioner, she has worked in primary care with the primarily Spanish-speaking, uninsured Nashville population, and in retail health. Keckley is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practioners and as a Certified Clinical Research Professional. She is a member of the Middle Tennessee Advance Practice Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practioners, and American College Health Association. 
Dr. Terri Jerkins serves as the supervising physician for Lipscomb University Health Services.

Andrea L Hardison has worked as a nurse practitioner at Lipscomb University since 2016.   Hardison earned her MSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Prior to this, Hardison earned a Bachelor of Science from Lipscomb University in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010.  Hardison is also a Lipscomb Academy graduate (2004).  Hardison worked as Nursing Supervisor at the Center for Eating Disorders Birmingham, AL from 2013-2015, and before that as a RN in surgery in both Birmingham, AL and Houston, TX.  Hardison is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Hardison is also adjunct clinical faculty in the Lipscomb University School of Nursing.

Melanie Stewart is a Registered Nurse with Lipscomb Health Services. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University in Dietetics. She later attended Middle Tennessee State University where she received her degree in Nursing. Melanie worked six years in Neurological Special Care and 12 years in the Cardiac Care Unit before coming to Lipscomb. Melanie is also a member of ACHA and is trained as an instructor for HeartSaver through the American Heart Association.
Julie F. Dale is a Registered Nurse with Lipscomb Health Services. Dale is an alumna of Lipscomb Academy and the University. Dale began working at the university clinic during the Summer of 2016.

Trained student workers greet students, make appointments, take them back to exam rooms, and assist the nursing staff.
