About Tony Giarratana

Tony Giarratana has been a real estate entrepreneur in Nashville for 35 years. Recognized for creative leadership in complex urban and mixed-use developments, Tony pioneered urban living in downtown Nashville with the first high-rise apartments and condominium towers in both the “Core” and “SoBro” submarkets. He also co-founded Premier Parking, Nashville’s largest parking services provider. Tony is proud to serve on the advisory boards of the Lipscomb University College of Business, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital, Nashville Symphony, Nashville Zoo and Nashville Downtown Partnership. Tony has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 30 years, has a son, Sam, daughter, Kate, and worships at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.
