Natasha Johnson
Instructor in Management

Johnson has built a successful start-up businesses and has served in a variety of chief business officer roles. With more than 10 years of HR and business experience spanning across the health care, public utilities and entertainment industries, her primary area of interest is in human resource management; however, the expansion of her experience includes coaching, consulting and developing HR and other business strategies as well as managing a variety of employee levels.

Rob Touchstone
Director of Business as Mission and Instructor of Entrepreneurship and Business As Mission

Touchstone believes that one of the most effective ways to address local and global needs is through business as mission. Touchstone wrote the vision for and co-founded The Well Coffeehouse in 2012 as a social enterprise that turns profits into hope for those in need. He received the NASBA Center for the Public Trust Making a Difference Award in 2017 and was named Nashville’s Business Innovator of the Year in 2016.

Lauren Pinkston
Assistant Professor of Business as Mission

Pinkston found her real passion in entrepreneurial startups overseas. She is the co-founder of Wearthy (WEAR – thee), an online retail site sourcing ethically made wearable goods from across the globe. She continues to connect students and U.S.-based companies with fledgling businesses and artisan groups in other parts of the world.
