Bison Break

President Lowry, Provost Bledsoe, and the Lipscomb administration have decided to cancel undergraduate classes on Wednesday, October 28, and declare that day a “Bison Break” -- a day for students to simply to breathe and have a day to rest and recharge!
The Office of Student Life is coordinating a number of activities that day for those who are interested in participating, including:
- SPIN (group fitness) in the SAC (6:30 am)
- Morning Fun Run with Al (weather permitting) – meet in front of Allen Arena at 8 am
- Harry Potter Movie Marathon in Collins with Community Life (all day)
- Guided Meditation with the Counseling Center (10 am)
- Pumpkin Painting & Hot Apple Cider in Bison Square with Student Wellbeing (11 am-1 pm)
- Zombie Zumba in the SAC with Student Wellbeing (1 pm)
- Quiet Spaces to Unwind in Ezell Chapel with the Office of Spiritual Formation (2-4 pm)
- SGA Picnic Baskets (2-4 pm)
- Breathing Exercises with the Counseling Center (3 pm)
- Yoga (group fitness) in the SAC (5 pm)
