This challenge emphasizes the overall healthy qualities of wellness. It is broken down into exercise, nutrition, mental health, relational, and finances. If you feel as if any of these areas need extra attention then this program is for YOU!
This is open to employees, students, and the community.
Examples of the variety of sessions:
- Multiple weekly workouts (boot camp, cross fit, other group fitness classes)
- Fitness Assessment
- Nutritional clinics provided by a Dietetic Intern
- Weekly recipe
- Fellowship Friday (building community on campus)
- Clinics hosted by the Counseling Center
