Friday, November 13, 2020
  • 6 p.m. — Welcome & Kick Off. Welcome to our virtual Homecoming & Family Weekend 2020! We are so glad you have joined us! While we miss seeing you on campus, we are thankful for technology that allows us to be together in a different way. Visit the Alumni Association and Parent Program Facebook pages and enjoy these glimpses into campus life and opportunities to connect until we can be together again! WATCH THE VIDEO
  • 6:30 p.m. — “Man on the Street.” Wonder what life on campus is like these days and how students are doing? Join us as we hear from members of the student body as they go through their day. WATCH THE VIDEO
  • 7:30 p.m. — “As You Like It.” A recorded performance of the George Shinn College of Entertainment & the Arts student production. Lipscomb Theatre presents Shakespeare's charming romantic comedy As You Like It, centering on Rosalind and Orlando in the Forest of Arden. One of Shakespeare's most popular comedies, featuring some of his best-loved characters, As You Like It features a series of mistaken identities and mishaps that ultimately lead to new friendships formed, families and lovers reunited and the complexities of love displayed with grace and humor.

Saturday, November 14, 2020
  • 9 a.m. — University Presidential Address. Hear from Lipscomb University’s 17th president, Dr. L. Randolph Lowry, as he reports on this unique and challenging semester as well as opportunities ahead. WATCH THE VIDEO
  • 11 a.m. — College of Business Highlight. Among its many accolades, the College of Business has been named the #1 Top Undergraduate Business Program in the state of Tennessee for four consecutive years. Its faculty also teaches students how to live their faith and mission in their careers. Join us for a professional development opportunity, and see how great—and fun—this college is. WATCH THE VIDEO
  • Noon — We Are Lipscomb. Join us for a series of videos from our past and present to see the many wonderful aspects that make Lipscomb, well, Lipscomb! It is a place we are all so thankful for and these videos touch on a few reasons why. 
  • 3 p.m. — College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences Highlight. Healthcare is such a vital part of life. The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences provides a top-notch education that emphasizes compassionate care while producing leaders in the industry.   • 3:30 p.m. — Lipscomb Athletics. We love the Bisons and look forward to seeing them in action! Tune in to see what has been going on with some of our favorite teams.

  • 4 p.m. — College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Highlight. Dean David Holmes joined the Lipscomb community at the beginning of 2020. Tune in to hear a message from Dean Holmes and learn about the Lanier Center for Archaeology—a very exciting addition to the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
  • 4:30 p.m. — College of Education Highlight. Our teachers have a lasting impact on our lives, and graduates of Lipscomb’s College of Education are the top in their field. These videos show the incredible programs that make up the College of Education. WATCH THE VIDEO
  • 5:30 p.m. — Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering Highlight. The Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering has been named one of the best Christian-based engineering programs in Tennessee.   • 6 p.m. — George Shinn College of Entertainment & the Arts Highlight. "Create What’s Next" is the motto for the George Shinn College of Entertainment and the Arts, and the college creates a variety of incredible things. This sneak peek pulls back the curtain a bit and gives you a look at some of the programs that make up this exciting college.
