Paying Your Bill

There are several options available for making payments on your account. All bills are paid through myLipscomb.

Lipscomb University uses the TouchNet system to manage student accounts, which can be accessed through myLipscomb. Once you’re enrolled and ready to make a payment, you may do so or sign up for a payment plan using TouchNet. Contact the Business Office for assistance with paying your bill.

If you do not complete payment, you are at risk of having your schedule dropped. There are deadlines each semester by which you must have either paid in full or set up a payment plan:

  • Summer: May 1
  • Fall: August 1
  • Spring: December 1

Tuition Payment Plans

TouchNet is a state-of-the-art, secure, and convenient way to pay for tuition and fees. TouchNet offers monthly payment plans for checking/savings accounts, and families can make one-time payments using a bank account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Fall Term Options

5-Month Payment Plan:
June – October

4-Month Payment Plan:
July – October

3-Month Payment Plan:
August – October

Spring Term Options

November – March

December – March

3-Month Payment Plan:
January – March

All payment plans have a $60 enrollment fee per semester that is due when signing up for the plan. Monthly payments will automatically draft on the due dates. Any past due amounts are subject to a $40 late payment fee. Any returned payments are subject to a $30 returned payment fee. All plans are set up for automatic monthly payments, drafting on the 25th of each month.

Using TouchNet

Accessing TouchNet

Once you’re logged into myLipscomb’s student homepage, navigate to My Balances > My Account. Select a term to view your account summary. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can view your payments by clicking TouchNet > Payments and Refunds > Continue to Payments and Payment Plans. 

Authorizing Users

Authorized users may view student account activity, make payments and set up payment plans. 

To give a parent, grandparent or other trusted person access to TouchNet, log in and select Authorized Users. Once you enter their email address, you can choose what access you’d like them to have. The authorized user will then need to set up their access and, once doing so, can log in here.

Making Payments

Once you are logged into TouchNet, select the Make A Payment option. Choose your term and enter the payment amount you would like to submit and the payment method you would like to use. Follow the prompts to have the payment processed. 

Enrolling in a Plan

You may only enroll in a payment plan during the enrollment period. This is also done in TouchNet. Once you select your desired payment plan, you can enter your payment method and information to initiate automatic monthly deductions.
