Return To Campus Plan
Lipscomb University's comprehensive plan to return to campus.Learn More
Our middle school softball program is built on a foundation of mind, body and soul. We make it part of the mission to help build well-rounded female athletes that can learn life lessons, as well as softball skills. We strive to mold women that are Christ-like in all they do and say.
September through December, our players have the opportunity to refine their skills during our fall development program, a program including optional workouts focused on player development, speed and agility. All athletes are given the opportunity to participate in the strength and conditioning program and work with Lipscomb Academy’s nutritionist. Most importantly, we grow players spiritually through devotions, prayer and building relationships within the team. The Lipscomb Academy girls' middle school softball program competes in the HVAC conference and schedules approximately twenty games per season.
With an opening day in 1988, Lipscomb Academy’s softball field is located behind the Lower School campus. Onsite free parking is available via Belmont Park Terrace.

With the renovation of the human performance weight room located at the Upper School, the enhanced performance center is accessible now for the entire student body. The renovations have expedited our ability to install methodologies based around teaching movement, core strength and proper lifting techniques. Sixteen racks, numerous dumbbell and kettlebell racks and increased space give the athletics program the necessary tools to teach effectively.
