Middle School Girls Basketball

The Lipscomb Academy middle school girls basketball program builds confident, competitive servant leaders that seek to put others above themselves in all areas of their lives.

The Lady Mustangs have established themselves as the preeminent program in the prestigious Harpeth Valley Athletic Conference (HVAC) that includes Lipscomb Academy, Christ Presbyterian Academy, Brentwood Academy, Ensworth, Franklin Road Academy, Harpeth Hall, Battle Ground Academy, University School Nashville, Valor and Poplar Grove. The Lady Mustangs have posted a 45-10 record over the last three years. They won the 2018 HVAC and James C. Haile state tournament championships and were back-to-back regular-season HVAC champions in 2018 and 2019.

Human Performance Weight Room

With the renovation of the human performance weight room located at the Upper School, the enhanced performance center is accessible now for the entire student body. The renovations have expedited our ability to install methodologies based around teaching movement, core strength and proper lifting techniques. Sixteen racks, numerous dumbbell and kettlebell racks and increased space give the athletics program the necessary tools to teach effectively.
