Lee Mayo has been teaching at Lipscomb since 2013. He completed his Ph.D. in the Philosophy and the History and Philosophy of Science (HPS) graduate programs at the University of Notre Dame in 2012. While at Notre Dame, he taught a number of courses, including Introduction to Philosophy and Introduction to Science, Technology, and Values. At Lipscomb, Mayo teaches a variety of courses, including logic, engineering ethics and Lipscomb seminar. Mayo’s research centers primarily on the history and philosophy of science. His first book, Simulation without Replication, was published by LAP Academic Publishing.
