Anna Rose Robertson
Anderson is an Assistant Professor in Kinesiology at Lipscomb. She was raised near Tupelo, Miss., but came to Nashville to attend Lipscomb where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education. While at Lipscomb she participated in Intramurals, Kinesiology club, Delta Sigma, and Pi Kappa Sigma. She also went on several mission trips during her time at Lipscomb, including Key West, Fla. and Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She later attended The University of Georgia where she obtained her master’s degree in Exercise Science. While at Georgia Anderson was a graduate assistant in the physical education department where she taught aerobics, badminton, racquetball, tennis, walking, weight management, and weight training. Upon her return to Nashville, Anderson taught physical education in the Metro public schools at the elementary and middle school levels. She is an active member in the Hillsboro congregation where she teaches Sunday school classes and participates on mission trips. In her spare time, Anderson participates in the Junior League of Nashville and likes to cook, read, and hang out with her friends.
