Regular exercise
To accumulate points, you will average at least 30 minutes a day of moderate-to-vigorous intensity exercise (intense enough to break a sweat or elevate the heart rate) for 5 days a week.
Point Value: 5 points per month
Total Point Value: 50 points for August 2011 - May 2012
Fill in the Monthly Exercise Report and and click "submit" to send the form to Andrea Davis, Human Resources at the end of each month.
