To receive your $200 incentive, you have to accumulate 50 points. Remember that you are NOT officially enrolled in the Lipscomb Wellness Incentive Program until you have completed your Health Risk Appraisal by September 15. All employees MUST complete a new HRA for the 2011-2012 academic year.
