Penny Henze, a 20 year IT business development veteran is the Business Manager for Peak 10 Nashville. Her responsibilities include account management, sales, sales support, office management, marketing and events, customer relations, and assistance to Peak 10’s Central Region Vice President. A native of Illinois but a transplant from Houston, TX, Penny has resided in the Nashville area for 21 years and is a graduate of Bethel University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Management (Summa Cum Laude).
In her spare time, Penny fulfills one of her passions (promoting the success of women in STEM curriculums) by currently serving as President on the Board of Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT), where she has been active and held various positions since 2005 including the annual TWISTER committee, and the Athena Awards on the scholarship judging committee.
Since coming to Nashville, she has volunteered her time to multiple organizations including the Association of Contingency Planners where she served as past Public Relations Director, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee as a co-troop leader, the Wilson Central Choir Association, the Wilson County 4-H, Pennington UMC Pastor Parish Committee and Worship Committee Chair. She is a member of the Nashville Technology Council where she volunteers for various committees and events as well as the Nashville Area Chamber sitting on the New Member Host Committee.
