Graduate Application Information

Thank you for your interest in graduate studies at the Institute for Sustainable Practice. To apply for the graduate sustainability program, please follow the steps below. If you have any questions, please contact Aileen Bennett at 615.966.1771 or Aileen.Bennett@lipscomb.edu.
 
The Institute for Sustainable Practice admits on a continuing basis. New students are able to begin the program five times a year: January, March, July, August and September. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks to process a completed application packet.
 
Potential Green MBA students and Dual Degree MBA/M.S. students must apply to both programs and be accepted by both the Institute for Sustainable Practice and the College of Business. For questions and information related to the College of Business, please visit onedegreeaway.lipscomb.edu

Application Checklist 
  1. Attend an ISP information session and open house. Sign up here. (Not required but recommended)
  2. Submit an Online Application and application fee ($50).
  3. Schedule a candidate interview. Interviews are conducted on campus for most students and via phone or Skype for potential students living outside the Nashville area. Please contact Aileen Bennett to schedule.
  4. Request that official copies of ALL transcripts be sent to Lipscomb University.
  5. Submit contact information for two references. Please send reference name, phone number, email address, and relationship to you (not necessary if included in online application).
  6. Request that standardized exam scores be sent to Lipscomb (required for MBA and master's candidates only). Standardized exam requirements may be waived based on work experience. GRE, GMAT and LSAT accepted.
  7. Submit a resume of professional experience.

Accepted Students

Accepted students are required to submit The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) form and the Graduate Health Record form prior to begining courses at Lipscomb University.
