John is a coaching leader who is passionate about people enhancing their professional skill set and learning to work collaboratively toward new levels of success. He is the founder of Lipscomb’s School of Executive Education and an Assistant Professor of Management. A lawyer by training, John has trained thousands of professionals across the country on negotiation and conflict management.

 Jennifer Ferris, Assistant Director of Marketing and Outreach
Jennifer is a spirited professional with experience in sales and relationship management. Before joining Spark she worked for a pharmaceutical company in Southern Tennessee where her territory achieved record goals. Her success comes from working with teams that collaborate and execute great ideas. In 2008, Jennifer completed her MBA in Leadership from Lipscomb University. Jennifer is excited about engaging the Cool Springs corporate community and creating awareness about this rich resource called Spark.

 Jenny Stephenson, Head Consultant
Jenny is a hospitable and servant-hearted event manager. Her gracious spirit and detailed-oriented nature help produce incredible learning experiences. Jenny graduated from Lipscomb in 2010 and has served many corporate clients through Lipscomb’s School of Executive Education.

 Laura Camacho, Head Consultant
Laura is an energetic collaborator who has a strong passion for working with people and helping them attain their goals. She has extensive experience in higher education and coaching people to be the best they can be. Laura is an alumna of Harding University and has an M.Ed. from The University of Texas at Austin. She is enthusiastic about consulting with people on how to get the most out of their meeting through creative content and immersive meeting environments.

Sean Winters, Consultant
Sean is a technology master who makes great moments happen for clients at Spark. Originally from Michigan, he came to the south to get a Christian education from Lipscomb University. He has an engineering and hospitality background combined with a focus on serving others. Sean is always at hand and ready to help the client use the space most effectively and worry free. He graduated from Lipscomb University in 2012 and drives the coolest Volkswagen Bug in Nashville.
