Practice Experience:

Thirteen years of practice experience includes two years in private Christian child care,  and eleven years in the public welfare system.   Work experience includes foster care, adoption, child protective services, adult protective services, refugee and homeless assistance, and information systems design.   Children served ranged from infants, toddlers, young school age children, and adolescents.  Adults served included birth parents, foster and adoptive parents, as well as adults who were physically and/or mentally disabled and the frail elderly. Job responsibilities ranged from front line service delivery to supervision, program management, and grant administration.

Cayce Watson, LAPSW

Practice Experience:

Ms. Watson is a Licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker with over ten years of practice experience. This includes working in adolescent psych and family counseling. She most recently served the Vanderbilt Addiction Center as Research Coordinator of a multi-site national study concerning opiate use and treatment among pregnant women. Her tenure at Vanderbilt also included four years as a clinical social worker serving families and individuals that experience both mental illness and substance dependence. She has also been associated with research conducted through the Tennessee Christian Medical Center.
