The staff is comprised of qualified personnel, most who have college degrees, and many with prior police and/or military experience, in addtiion to the personal skills and talents, which aid their performance as employees of Lipscomb Security & Safety. There are currently 15 full time uniformed Security Officers, one part time uniformed Security Officer, 4 Dispatchers, one Adminstrative Assistant, two Assistant Directors, and one Director.
