About LipscombSupport and Encouragement given to Residents at Crestview Nursing Home

On Friday, February 12, several College of Pharmacy students visited Crestview Nursing Home. Employees of the nursing home organized a Valentine’s Celebration, and with the help of student pharmacists, sodas and snacks were served. Each of the eighty-two patients was given a card, candy, gifts, and time with student pharmacists; even those patients who could not leave their room were visited.
The opportunity for the student pharmacists to encourage and support the patients of Crestview Nursing Home was such a blessing. The employees and patients alike were very appreciative.
