Lipscomb observes Resurrection Week with 'Who Will Set Me Free'

Kim Chaudoin |

The Lipscomb community will observe the week leading up to Easter with “Who Will Set Me Free?,” a series of comptemplative activities and worship based on Rom. 7:24.

“Connecting Resurrection Week to the original Passover narrative of God freeing His people from slavery in Egypt, our Lipscomb community will focus on Jesus himself as the one who sets us and the world free from spiritual slavery,” said Jake Burton, campus minister. “This week will have a focus of Jesus offering spiritual freedom, but also it will have an action element of getting students involved in setting free those who are in physical slavery in Nashville and across the globe in the human trafficking injustice.”
