Violist Yang joined the Nashville Symphony in 1995. Clare was a first prize winner in the 1995 Yellow Springs Chamber Music Competition. She has also played with the Evansville Philharmonic and Owensboro Symphony Orchestras. An active chamber musician in the Nashville area, Clare has served on the faculty of Tennessee Technological, Belmont and Lipscomb universities.
Sari DeLeon Reist performs regularly with some of Nashville’s finest musicians and ensembles on stage and in the recording studio. She has played with the Nashville Symphony on many occasions, and appeared as a soloist with the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. In the popular realm, Sari can be heard on recordings by Lady Antebellum, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Train, Carrie Underwood, Wynonna and countless others.
Reed is the Patricia and Rodes Hart Professor of Piano at Lipscomb University. He has performed extensively in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. His performances have been broadcast over U.S., German, and Australian Public Radio. He has recorded works for piano for Capstone Records and in 2009 released a recording of sonatas for flute and piano with Deanna Little. He has given over fifty performances in the U.S. and abroad of Charles Ives’s Concord Sonata.
