Heritage Dinner

Heritage Dinner is in the past.

Lipscomb University will host the Heritage Dinner Gala in Allen Arena on Tuesday, April 9. A reception begins at 5:30 p.m., the dinner and a special episode of the TOKENS show will begin at 6 p.m. and a devotional will be held at 8 p.m.

The Heritage Dinner is an annual event held for the Lipscomb community to gather and celebrate the university's successes and consider new opportunities. This year, attendees will learn about the life-changing impact of Lipscomb’s annual scholarship initiatives, including a  creative and popular new scholarship for children of Church of Christ ministers, youth ministers and missionaries, and how you may pledge your support.

This year's heritage dinner will feature a special one-hour TOKENS show, Nashville's new old time radio show, featuring The Most Outstanding Horeb Mountain Boys, Odessa Settles and host Lee C. Camp. The show will be followed by Lipscomb's traditional Tuesday night devotional on the steps of Collins Alumni Auditorium, overlooking Bison Square, the site of a new fountain/baptistry, soon to be constructed.

The Heritage Dinner is an invitation-only event. To express interest in attending, contact Karin Hensley at 615.966.5333.
